Norfolk and Suffolk Careers launch Careers Connected

Looking to showcase your business to the emerging talent pipeline, and support the best interests of our local young people simultaneously?

Norfolk and Suffolk Careers Hub launches Careers Connected, an innovative ‘matching’ platform which connects businesses to their local secondary schools and post-16 providers.  Applying intelligent matching, the portal connects schools ‘asks’ to your preferred/tailored ‘offer’.

Via a simple and quick registration process, businesses select from a menu of activities including careers fairs, workplace visits, mock interviews and tailored projects. Designed to vary in terms of time and resource commitment, the portal also offers place-based targeting saving both cost and time. When matched, an invitation is issued allowing a simple yes/no decision.
