The Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is about ensuring Norfolk’s skills system responds to the needs of employers and supports businesses to build the workforce they need to succeed.

Our Keystone Employers are leading the way in demonstrating what that can look like in practice. Gressingham Foods is a shining example, investing in the development of its managers to strengthen leadership capability, empower its teams and drive real improvements across the business.

Its six-month leadership development programme involved 150 managers and has contributed to more than £1 million in projected savings, alongside significant operational and cultural benefits.
