Advanced Manufacturing

Redpack Packaging Machinery
Gary Howard – General Manager

I am General Manager of Redpack Packaging Machinery, a UK-based manufacturer specialising in high-quality flow wrapping solutions for the food and consumer goods sectors. With a strong focus on innovation, growth, and operational excellence, Redpack is committed to developing both its people and the wider industry through skills development and collaboration.

“We’re keen to play an active role in shaping the local skills system because developing the right talent is critical not just for our business, but for the long-term success of UK manufacturing. By working together, we can help create clearer pathways and opportunities for the next generation.”

RT Infrastructure Solutions
Nadine Wood – Operations Director

Nadine Wood is the Operations Director at RT Infrastructure Solutions (RT-IS), an Ipswich-based business specialising in vital rail infrastructure, signalling, and telecoms support and technical and safety training across the UK. Nadine’s career has been driven by a genuine love for supporting people and helping them grow. This passion is at the very heart of the business through their dedicated facility, RT Training Solutions, which provides hands-on, high-quality technical training to equip local people with the skills they need to succeed.

As a Keystone Employer, RT Infrastructure Solutions Ltd and the team are deeply invested in making sure Norfolk and Suffolk’s workforce isn’t left behind. They believe that embedding this message starts early, which is why they focus on supporting and inspiring school children from a young age. By working together, local businesses can create supportive, accessible training pathways that benefit both the community and the future of the infrastructure industry.

“For me, shaping the local skills system is all about giving people real-life opportunities right on their doorstep. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone from our community discover a passion for engineering and build a thriving career they can be proud of.”

Business Services

Mattressman
Samantha Delcoure – Head of HR

Samantha Delcoure is the Head of HR at Mattressman, a UK retailer of mattresses, beds and bedroom furniture with a strong online and store presence. She leads the company’s people strategy, supporting a fast-paced retail operation by driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR practices with business growth and customer-focused service

“I’m keen to support skills growth through the LSIP because it helps build a stronger local talent pipeline and ensures people have the practical skills our business needs to grow. It’s also an opportunity to align training more closely with real employer demand, benefiting both individuals and the wider regional economy.”

Mindset-HR
Gemma Crane – Founder/Director

Mindset‑HR Training & Coaching helps protect businesses, empower people and inspire growth — whether that’s through robust HR documentation aligned to employment legislation, development programmes that upskill and strengthen middle management, or mindset coaching that enables people to achieve their unlimited potential. We support organisations to build confidence in people management, create clarity in policy and process, and develop leaders who feel equipped to handle the realities of modern workplaces.

Our work extends beyond businesses and into the community, delivering mindset coaching in schools and supporting charities to build confidence, resilience and emotional intelligence in young people and adults alike. Everything we do starts with mindset, because when people understand how their thinking shapes their behaviour, decisions and outcomes, they unlock a completely different level of capability.

This human‑centred, mindset‑first approach aligns directly with the LSIP’s mission to strengthen skills, raise confidence and prepare people for the opportunities emerging across Norfolk and Suffolk.

“I back the LSIP because it sits exactly where my work lives: building the confidence, mindset and real‑world skills people need to step into opportunity. Through my coaching with leaders, individuals and young people in schools, I see every day how the right skills unlock potential, strengthen employability and support the future growth of our regions.”

Clean Energy

Opergy Group
Johnathan Reynolds – Managing Director

Johnathan Reynolds is Managing Director of Opergy Group, a strategic consultancy working across sustainability, clean energy, infrastructure, skills and economic development. Johnathan works with public and private sector clients to translate complex policy, investment and delivery challenges into practical plans that support sustainable growth and long-term regional impact.

“I am pleased to support the Keystone Employers group and help shape a skills system that responds to the needs of businesses, communities and major projects across Norfolk and Suffolk. Ensuring the region has the right talent, capability and ambition will be critical as we support clean growth, infrastructure delivery and the wider transition to a more sustainable economy.”

Construction

Bromford Flagship
Nadine Tapp – Head of Future Skills

I’m Head of Future Skills and Partnerships at Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL), and I’ve been working on skills here since February 2015, when I joined as Learning and Development Manager. It started as a job about building capability inside the organisation and has grown into something wider: getting more people into housing and construction careers across Norfolk and Suffolk and making sure the training on offer matches what employers need.

The work I’m proudest of is the apprenticeship programme we built from nothing in 2015. It has supported 317 apprentices since then, with a 77% completion rate. Across BFL we now have 238 apprentices in post, roughly 4% of our workforce, and last year we put more than £1 million of Apprenticeship Levy funding into developing them. Our achievement rate sits at 74%, against a national figure of 65.4%. We’re a Gold member of the 5% Club and we’re going after Platinum.

As Chair of the Building Growth Skills Network, I spend a lot of time on the collaboration side. Construction and housing both have real skills shortages which cannot be fixed by working in isolation. It will take employers and education providers working together.
