Skills Bootcamps continue to play an important role in helping employers across Norfolk and Suffolk recruit new talent and upskill their existing workforce. Since their launch in the region in October 2023, more than 2,500 people have benefitted from flexible, sector‑responsive training designed in partnership with local industry.

A refreshed range of Skills Bootcamps – aligned to employer demand and covering key growth sectors – are now available! These programmes offer a valuable opportunity for businesses to fill skills gaps quickly, support progression for current staff, and strengthen their talent pipelines. Training is fully funded for individuals who are unemployed, self‑employed, or working part‑time, with only a small employer contribution required when upskilling existing employees (10% for SMEs and 30% for large employers).
